Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam, Vietnam
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam, is a dedicated fourth-year English Language student at Hue University of Foreign Languages and International Studies (HUFLIS), with a strong passion for community service, aiming to help those in difficult circumstances to improve their living conditions. Through her academic journey, she gradually gathered valuable knowledge and experiences to give back to the community. Additionally, she works as an English tutor and has created an English-speaking community for children in the neighborhood. She believes that lifelong learning is the path to overcoming challenges and the key to success.
Phat Tai (Danny) Nguyen, Vietnam
Nguyễn Phát Tài (Danny) is a dedicated student with a strong academic interest in sustainability and sociology, exploring how these fields intersect to create meaningful social change. With over two years of professional experience as an educator, he has taught English both online and offline, empowering students of various age groups to develop language skills and confidence.
Tài is also an active volunteer, contributing to initiatives that support education, gender equality, and environmental sustainability. Notably, he has participated in programs such as Learning Express and the Merlion Exchange Program, focusing on sustainable development challenges, and has supported the UNLEARN organization in advocating for LGBTQIA+ rights. Driven by a passion for making a positive impact, he continually seeks opportunities to foster growth and inspire action within his community.
Pham Ngoc Thuy Tien, Vietnam
Pham Ngoc Thuy Tien (Ms.), 4th-year Medical student, an
enthusiasm educator. Tien wants to explore herself, push limits, and look for development
opportunities. Tien participated in many community development
projects in Viet Nam about Mental Health Care and get a lot of
experiences and skills. Besides, Tien work as a Interpreter of
International Health conferences, host of events such as
TEDxCTUMP. She belives that “We are always changing, like the world”.
Tram Ngoc Dang, Vietnam
Ms Tram Ngoc Dang graduated with a Bachelor of English from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in 2021. Since 2022, Tram has been an English teacher at Ha Giang High School for Gifted Students. In addition to her school work, she has actively participated in voluntary work in her hometown and across Vietnam as an English teacher and leader for the sake of children and adults living in difficult situations. She yearns to look at life from different perspectives and make it better for those with less desirable ones.
Le Duy Thang, Vietnam
Le Duy Thang graduated with a degree in Travel and Tourism Management from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City. He led the winning team at the 2023 Tourism Culture Talent Incubator Project in Vietnam and is currently a professional international tour guide. Guided by the mantra, “Stop comparing yourself to others,” Mr. Thang emphasizes self-improvement and strives to create transformative value for his community. As the founder of “The Green Plan-ET”, a community initiative dedicated to environmental conservation, he addresses pressing climate challenges while empowering local communities and inspiring youth to take action for a sustainable future. In 2025, Thang became a TEDx speaker at TEDxĐaKaoStudio Vietnam, where he delivered an inspiring talk on environmental sustainability, reaffirming his dedication to driving meaningful change.
Thi Ha Vy Nguyen, Vietnam
Vy graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Fulbright University
Vietnam. She was awarded as the University's Social Change-Maker, with
her community initiative with orphans in her hometown. Vy created an art
initiative summer camp for orphans, where she fostered a safe and joyful
space for self-expression and connection. She has also demonstrated
leadership as a student representative and actively participates in social
impact projects, with a strong passion for empowering women.
Currently, Vy works as a Business Development Executive in the
sustainable energy sector, focusing on delivering science-based and cost saving solutions for buildings.
Her compass for life is kindness and authenticity.
Hà Minh Thùy, Vietnam
Ms. Hà Minh Thùy is a final-year student pursuing dual degrees in English Linguistics at the University of Languages and International Studies, Vietnam National University (ULIS-VNU), and International Business Economics at Foreign Trade University (FTU). She has been awarded three academic excellence scholarships and the Nitori International Scholarship. Thùy was also honored with second prize in scientific research and recognized with outstanding student titles from Vietnam National University. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is the co-founder of the Uleader-Youth Leadership Project, which won second prize for innovation, and The Martian Project, fully funded by the American Center Hanoi. She has also had the chance of representing women in initiatives such as Y4PD-Vietnam Youth for Peace and Development. With a deep interest in leadership, education, and financial literacy, Thùy is committed to sharing knowledge and empowering others, aiming to make a meaningful impact on her community through personal finance and social initiatives.
Ho Anh Tuan, Vietnam
Ho Anh Tuan is a fourth-year journalism student at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). With a special interest in climate change communication, Tuan led a team in research named “Climate change-related information on news sites in the Mekong Delta” during his third year. Besides, Tuan is also an advocate for youth education. Working for V.Gen Network for Vietnam (an educational organization), he was the leader of V.Gen Kien Luong's Summer School, organizing a training course for 40 students in Kien Giang Province in 2024. In his upcoming initiative, Tuan aims to apply his knowledge of research methods and civic engagement approaches, thereby raising awareness of climate change in the Mekong Delta and Southeast Asia.
Le Thi Hoa Binh, Vietnam
Being a Program Coordinator for FPT Education Global, Ms. Le Thi Hoa Binh has an infinite love for community engagement and educational development. Areas of her academic interests include civic education, youth leadership, and sustainable development. In her professional side, she designs and coordinates programs connecting the youth with marginalised groups such as abandoned children in Vietnam and veterans. The objective is to create the possibility that they can induce in young people the quality of empathy and critical thinking and an understanding of social responsibility. Outside her profession, she enormously helps the disadvantaged community through volunteerism by strongly contributing to access to education and the welfare of vulnerable
people. The unique flavor of her interests is with innovative approaches to community service and leadership development. She believes that everything happens for a reason; if you don't try, you'll never know what you're capable of.
Phan Phúc Nhật Quý, Vietnam
Ms. Phan Phúc Nhật Quý is a third-year English Pedagogy student at Hue University of Foreign Languages and International Studies (HUFLIS), where she has achieved a GPA of 3.92. She was awarded third place in the Star Awards English competition for students at the cluster level. Quý currently serves as the student representative on the university's executive committee and is the Deputy Secretary of the English Department's Youth Union. She actively participates in various volunteer activities, mostly in teaching English to underprivileged children. Quý is passionate about education and believes that "To teach is to touch a life forever." — Jerry Whittle.
Chu Ngoc Mai, Vietnam
Ms. Chu Ngoc Mai is an Environmental Sciences student at Oregon State University and a dedicated climate activist. She has made impacts through initiatives like the Local Conference of Youth (LCOY) and various educational workshops, raising awareness about environmental protection among over 800 young people. In 2023, she founded Sustainable Development with Youth (SDY), empowering more than 540 individuals through the Green Youth Pioneers Training and hands-on community projects. She was invited by UNDP as a Vietnamese delegate and panelist at an international forum on green transition. Passionate about making science engaging, Mai actively develops interactive educational resources to inspire youth. Her commitment not only promotes sustainable practices but also fosters collaboration and responsibility among the next generation of environmental leaders.
Ngo Ba Khoa, Vietnam
Ba Khoa Ngo is a dedicated advocate for sustainability and community-driven innovation. With a strong foundation in social work, he has leveraged his expertise to lead and support impactful social projects. As the Operations Manager of 4V Vietnam, he spearheads initiatives that transform textile waste into sustainable art while fostering youth engagement. His work extends to international collaborations, including the ASEAN eMpowering Youth program, where he co-developed sustainable tourism solutions in Indonesia. He has also contributed to climate action efforts, such as the "Le Eco Chic" sustainable fashion project in Singapore and the Green Business Start-up Training under ClimateLaunchpad Vietnam. Through research, education, and social entrepreneurship, Ba Khoa is committed to driving innovation in sustainability, empowering young leaders, and promoting responsible resource management.
Nguyễn Thị Như Quỳnh, Vietnam
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Như Quỳnh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in
Economics of International Trade from Vietnam Maritime University
(VMU) and was honored to receive a merit scholarship twice, in 2022 and
2023. She is the founder of the Youngsters Experience Volunteering
Organization (YEV), a local nonprofit dedicated to encouraging young
people to engage in volunteer activities under the motto, "Small actions,
big impact." Currently, she is also the Marketing & Communications
Leader at A.N Paper, a social impact startup that produces eco-friendly
paper from water hyacinth. Through A.N Paper, she hopes not only to
transform local challenges into opportunities but also to preserve the
cultural heritage of her country. Guided by the belief that “You only live
once,” she always aspire to do what she truly love while making a
positive impact on the world.
Anh Thu Nguyen, Vietnam
Miss Anh Thu Nguyen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Can Tho University, Vietnam (CTU), and was the top-ranking student in the Biotechnology program for the academic year 2020-2024. Thu was a former member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Student Union of Hau Giang province and served as the class monitor during her university years. She co-organized and participated in nearly 30 environmental volunteer activities in local area throughout her four-year university journey.She was highly active in both academics and volunteer work, earning 10 scholarships for outstanding students and receiving multiple certificates of merit from local authorities for her contributions to volunteer activities and environmental programs in her community. Her academic interests lie in sustainable agriculture and plant science. She believes that "Being kind, responsible, and sincere in even the smallest actions we take can make the world a better place, especially for the
environment and the community.
Nguyen Thanh Hanh Nguyen, Vietnam
Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hanh Nguyen, graduated with Bachelor of English Studies from Tra Vinh University (TVU) in Vietnam. After graduating, she was admitted as a guest English teacher at an English center. Previously, she was a board member of the Communication Club's executive committee at Tra Vinh University for the school year 2022-2023. She is currently a mentor of this club for the school year 2024-2025. Moreover, she is a co-founder and marketing lead of the EcoMango Leather project. She actively participates in volunteer programs in environmentalism, media, education, teaching English, and sustainable development. She shares that "She always constantly improves her knowledge and social skills to bring positive initiatives and messages to young people like her, the community, and society."
Tran Hue Anh, Vietnam
Ms. Tran Hue Anh is a consultant with a passion for sustainability and social impact. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental) from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT). She currently works as an ESG Business Solutions Associate at PwC Vietnam, where she helps businesses enhance sustainability practices and align with global ESG standards. Beyond her professional work, Hue Anh has led award-winning initiatives such as “FutureSalt”, which tackle climate resilience and renewable energy challenges. She is also one of the founders of “Green Youth School”, an initiative promoting energy efficiency education. Actively engaged in community service, she has dedicated over 100 hours to mentoring and youth
development. She believes that "sustainability is not just an option but a responsibility to future generations."
Vi Thi Thu Ha, Vietnam
Ms. Vi Thi Thu Ha (Chloe) is a junior at Fulbright University Vietnam (FUV), Class of 2027, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Applied Mathematics. Her academic achievements have earned her two prestigious scholarships: the Fulbright University Scholarship and the Liberico Scholarship. She contributes to the Fulbright community as a part-time Admissions Student Assistant. Passionate about sustainable development, Chloe focuses on sustainable agriculture, rural development, and food security. She leads the "Agreenic" project, working to support and empower organic and wannabe organic farmers by facilitating peer-to-peer learning and connections with specialists. Chloe aspires to a career as a business analyst in these fields to further support farming communities in her hometown.
Nguyen Vu Ha My, Vietnam
Ms. Nguyen Vu Ha My is a sophomore majoring in International Business Economics at the Foreign Trade University and working for the Trade Council at the Embassy of Denmark in Vietnam as a commercial trainee. Pursuing a successful debate career since high school enables My to heighten her own social awareness and develop soft skills for other youths. She evinces burning interest in gender equality and economic empowerment, especially in the context of developing countries like those in ASEAN. My is learning to be a leader who can inspire followers rather than a manager who just controls subordinates. At the age of twenty, she was awarded fully-funded scholarships for high-profile international programs namely JENESYS: ASEAN-Japan Students Conference 2023, Debate 2 Regulate: Future Online Safety Leaders 2024 and ASEAN-China Youth Exchange Camp 2024. My thinks globally, acts locally and connects with like-minded changemakers to make this world a better place together.
Nguyen Thi Quyen, Vietnam
Ms. Thi-Quyen Nguyen (Quin) graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), driven by a passion for promoting healthy food choices within communities. During her university years, Quin discovered her enthusiasm for educational technology and co-founded FA Quiz and FA Streak, two innovative apps that revolutionized the way Vietnamese medical students learn through gamification and interactive
tools. Encouraged by positive feedback and support from over 100,000 Vietnamese medical students throughout 4 years, she is motivated to expand her projects beyond Vietnam, reaching medical students across Southeast Asia.
Nguyễn Thị Khánh Vi, Thailand
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Khánh Vi is a final-year student at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, majoring in International Relations. She is passionate about sustainable development, economic empowerment, and international diplomacy. Vi has worked as an intern at the U.S. Embassy’s Regional English Language Office and the Vietnam Embassy in Singapore, supporting diplomatic research and event coordination. She also served as the Chairwoman of DAV Broadcasters and Deputy Head of Human Resources at the Galileo Society, where she led student initiatives and high-level dialogues. Her commitment to sustainability was strengthened through her role as a volunteer at the 8th Asia Pacific Geoparks Network Symposium in Cao Bang, where she supported international delegates and gained insights into sustainable tourism models. She aspires to leverage business and technology to promote traditional crafts, empower ethnic minority communities, and develop sustainable economic initiatives.
Diệp Gia Bảo, Vietnam
Mr. Diệp Gia Bảo (24) is a technology professional and social entrepreneur from Vietnam. He is the founder of Mindvivo, a mental health platform that provides AI-powered emotional support and self-care tools in over 35 languages. Motivated by witnessing close friends and family struggle with mental health issues, and driven by a strong sense of social responsibility, Gia Bảo developed Mindvivo while still a university student to make mental wellness support more accessible, especially for underserved communities. He has also been actively involved in various youth-led and social impact projects across Southeast Asia. Gia Bảo believes that “mental health care should not be a privilege, but a basic right for everyone.”
Quynh Lo, Vietnam
Ms. Quynh Lo is a finance and law graduate passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable finance. She holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Banking and Law from Vietnam National University, both with distinction, and has received prestigious awards such as the SCIC Fostering Young Talents Scholarship and VNU Excellent Student of the Year. Currently an Investment Analyst at FPT Securities, Quynh specializes in financial modeling, ESG research, and impact investing, exploring how emerging financial technologies and sustainable business models can drive economic and social change. She has presented research at ICYREB 2023 and was the Winner of the UEB Business Challenge 2023 as well as the Second Runner-up at the ASEAN Data Science Explorers 2021, where she leveraged data analytics to tackle regional
sustainability challenges. As the co-founder of the GLUE Project and a delegate at the World Student Festival 2024 and ASEAN Young Climate Leaders Program 2021, Quynh actively promotes sustainability,
environmental education, and entrepreneurial solutions to social challenges. She is committed to leveraging finance and innovation to empower communities and drive sustainable development across Southeast Asia.
Thao Phuong Nguyen, Vietnam
Thao Phuong Nguyen is a dedicated advocate for financial inclusion with a background in social studies from Fulbright University Vietnam. While her studies covered a broad range of disciplines, she developed a deep passion for film history and directing. Since high school, Thao has initiated multiple charity projects supporting rural communities in Vietnam, shaping her long-term vision to improve financial accessibility for underserved populations.
She began working early, gaining experience in startups, incubators, investment banking, and venture capital. In 2021, she joined a fintech startup as Chief of Staff and later served as COO until November 2024. Currently, she is the Director of IT Projects at Bankaool, a pioneering bank in Mexico, where she collaborates with top executives to enhance financial education and expand financial inclusion in rural areas. Thao’s career reflects her commitment to leveraging technology for social impact.
Tran Ngoc Linh, Vietnam
Ngoc Linh is a first-year Applied Finance student (ironically, not the best at managing her own money!). Passionate about EdTech, she enjoys building learning platforms and organizing workshops, webinars, and educational programs. As a product developer at Project X Tech Community, she actively volunteers for educational initiatives. Eager to expand her skill set, she plans to explore coding tools and tech management principles. Beyond academics, she has a deep love for wildlife and nature. Trekking and climbing mountains fuel her adventurous spirit, offering her the chance to connect with strangers along the way. Her life motto is “You only live once.”
Ky Nam Nguyen, Thailand
Ky-Nam Nguyen is a startup builder and social impact consultant specializing in Education, Entertainment, and Content Creation SaaS solutions based in Vietnam - Southeast Asia. He holds dual bachelor's degrees from The University of Hong Kong and Sciences Po Paris, with a unique triple-major combination of Politics, Economics, and Computer Science. Nam currently leads multiple ventures, including GeekGrind, an AI-powered standardized test practice platform, and SAYU Studio, Vietnam's first Awwwards-certified web development agency. His previous startup, LEAN Social, garnered $40,000 in funding and built a 50,000+
member community. Nam's experience spans policy research, having conducted Vietnam's first youth election RCT with Duke University, and technology consultation for major corporations. He has also significantly contributed to youth development through various
leadership roles, including Deputy Secretary at STEAR and Director at VietAbroader. Nam combines his technical expertise with social impact goals, focusing on building innovative solutions that address real community needs.
Tran Thi Bich Thuy, Vietnam
Ms. Tran Thi Bich Thuy is a third-year International Business student at Foreign
Trade University, Vietnam. Passionate about mental health innovation and
entrepreneurship, she founded Lắng, a project empowering youth with self-reflection tools to enhance self-esteem. She also contributes to REVEal dreams, a dream interpretation app designed to help individuals understand their subconscious and improve mental well-being. Thuy has led sales campaigns and strategic pivots for Lắng, optimizing its digital presence and operational efficiency. She has represented Vietnam in global programs, fostering cross-cultural collaboration and leadership. A firm believer in technology-driven social impact, Thuy explores the intersection of AI and mental health, aspiring to build sustainable digital solutions. She actively engages in mentorship and youth development initiatives, advocating for resilience and human-centered leadership. She believes that “true impact comes from understanding people’s needs and designing solutions that empower them.”
Tien Duy Tran, Vietnam
Duy graduated from Foreign Trade University with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Economics. He currently works as a Market Insights Strategist, gaining experience through multiple MNCs such as Abbott, BCG, and Heineken. A corporate striver and social activist, Duy has been involved with the non-profit organization: Sponsor for Educational Opportunities (SEO-Vietnam) since 2021, spanning roles from Executive to Director. He aids underprivileged individuals in accessing advanced education through training, networking, community service, and mentorship, particularly with the annual "SEO-Vietnam Fellowship" for university undergraduates. He also spearheads the "SEO-Vietnam Momentum", targeting high school students to develop skills and provide university guidance, both programs attracting 2000+ students per annum. Additionally, Duy is a mentor and jury member for various business, innovation, and entrepreneurship competitions. Long term, Duy envisions building a social enterprise focused on education, believing that a country's driving force lies in having the right direction in education.
Chau Thanh, Vietnam
Chau Thanh Thanh is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International
Economics at Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City. She has taken part in
several youth-led and nonprofit initiatives that focus on social entrepreneurship,
women’s empowerment, and mental health education. Thanh served as the Leader
of the Vietnam Social Innovation Challenge and held leadership roles in the
Business Ideas Team. She has mentored early-stage student projects and
contributed to the founding of JCI Hue, where she helped build a mentorship
program for local entrepreneurs. Thanh is also developing YANA, an initiative aimed
at reducing stigma around depression by equipping students with practical skills to
manage their mental health. Through her work, she hopes to inspire more young
people to lead change in their communities. She believes in the power of small actions and lives by the motto: “Be the change you want to see.”
Duong Duc Anh (Andrew), Vietnam
Mr. Duong Duc Anh (Andrew), after his first year at the National
Economics University, decided to take a gap semester to pursue
consulting. He was the youngest Summer Associate at a boutique
consulting firm, before securing a position on the consulting team at
Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2024, Duc Anh was accepted to
the Young Leaders for Vietnam Program where McKinsey &
Company Vietnam was the knowledge partner. There, he saw the
potential of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in driving impact for
Vietnam’s NPOs and NGOs. Previously, as a Startup Knowledge
Associate at UpYouth – Tech Startup Ecosystem, he helped
Vietnamese startups refine strategies and scale. Now, he continues
to bridge consulting, and social impact to create meaningful change.
Outside of work, he is a tennis player and a budding saxophonist.
Le Thi Bich Ngoc, Vietnam
Ms. Le Thi Bich Ngoc is a law professional graduated with Bachelor of Law from Hanoi University of Law. She currently works at KPMG Law Limited, where she provides legal advice for private sectors on legal compliance with a focus on ESG framework and SDGs goal. Academically, Ngoc has demonstrated a strong interest in public policy, authoring an article on "The right to be forgotten and policy recommendations for Vietnam" published in the Journal of Legislative Research. She is also an active participant in international forums such as the Young ASEAN Leaders Policy Initiative and the Harvard College Project for Asian and International Relations, where she collaborates on sustainable development and green urbanism policies. Ngoc’s work reflects her commitment to bridging legal expertise with impactful policy recommendations.
Nguyen Vu Khanh Vi, Vietnam
Nguyen Vu Khanh Vi is a first-year Bioengineering student at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Passionate about applying science and technology to improve lives, Vi believes that bioengineering holds the potential to address critical challenges in healthcare, sustainability, and biotechnology. With a strong desire to contribute to the community, Vi actively participates in academic programs, research initiatives, and hands-on projects to gain valuable knowledge and skills. Always eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals, Vi explores innovative solutions that can make a real-world impact. Looking ahead, Vi aims to develop expertise in bioengineering and use it to drive meaningful change, whether through medical advancements, environmental sustainability, or other applications that benefit society.
Hồng Hà Giang, Vietnam
Ms. Hồng Hà Giang majors Psychology at Fulbright University Vietnam. Passionate about using psychology for social good, she founded DÁM to combat school bullying through interventions, workshops, and collaborations that equip high school students with practical tools to address it effectively. She actively participates in events like EAGx, which shows her commitment to Effective Altruism and its guiding principle of “doing good better.” Beyond academics and advocacy, she is a dedicated researcher in neuropsychology and cognitive science, focusing on dementia and promoting mental well-being for Vietnamese people. She believes in creating inclusive environments and stands by the principle: “Every voice matters, and every action
counts.”
Chau Hoang Le, Vietnam
Ms. Chau Hoang Le, graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City (UAH) with a thesis focusing on the reuse of existing buildings. As a student, she was both a member of several groups, winning various awards for her work on architectural reuse solutions, including a Merit Award from BCI Asia, a Third Prize in the National Round of the Council of Architects Asia Regional Competition, and a Feature in the International VELUX Award. Currently, she is an Architectural Associate at and international design firm. Chau has actively volunteered in community-based reusing construction projects. She is passionate about deepening her understanding of waste management policies and sharing with young architecture students who are of the same interests.
Nguyen Anh Ngoc, Vietnam
Ms. Nguyen Anh Ngoc, a senior in International Relations (IR) at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City (USSH, VNUHCM), through her studies and engagement not only in IR but also in human and wildlife welfare, is hoping to pursue a career in nature governance. Wanting to learn and give, and to observe the world beyond the Ho Chi Minh City metropolis she calls “home,” Ngoc has joined environment-related organizations, training programs and projects, including serving as a liaison officer at the ASEAN-Japan Youth Festival for Sustainable Development, and delivering environmental education lessons to children in small villages in Cambodia as part of the WECARE 19 Project of YMCA Vietnam. She is now studying environmental sciences as an exchange student at Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) in Lithuania, a journey that helps her become more knowledgeable and influential in her field of interest.
Luong Thi Huong Lan

Ms. Luong Thi Huong Lan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam) and has dedicated her career to teaching English. Notably, I lead program “Exploring climate challenges: How youth communities in Mekong Delta adapt to the impact of climate change”, focusing on youth resilience against climate change. Moreover, I engaged in dialogues on underground water extraction in Soc Trang and Ben Tre Provinces. I was also involved in the first online Tailor-Made Training (TMT) program under the "Capacity Building for Food System Transformation" project in Ca Mau Province. In 2025, I will start my master’s journey in Taiwan to enhance my research ability in my academic career path.

Bui Ngoc Linh
Ms. Bui Ngoc Linh graduated with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Foreign Trade University (FTU) in Vietnam.
Linh was part of the research team at the Private Sector Development Committee Office, under the Advisory Council on APR to the Prime Minister, to review carbon regulations and taxes in the EU and US, analyzing their potential impact on Vietnamese businesses. She then had internships with UNIDO and GIZ in Vietnam, supporting projects toward sustainable development in Vietnam.
Awarded a full-ride scholarship from the Government of Canada for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Linh had her exchange semester in Canada and conducted her final project, a self-filmed video in Havana, Cuba, on climate change. Currently, Linh is participating in the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) for Gender and Climate Action, receiving seed funding to implement gender and climate change initiatives.
Bui Thi Nhat Phuong (Bibi)

Ms. Bui Thi Nhat Phuong, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Talented Program) from Vietnam National University – Hanoi University of Science, specializing in molecular biology. She has research experience as a Visiting Researcher, focusing on soil diversity and soil health assessment. Her research experience focused on molecular microbiology, microbiome, and bioinformatics analysis. She is passionate about contributing to sustainable agroecology through scientific research and innovation. Phuong received First Prize at the Student Scientific Research Conference 2023 and merit-based scholarships for ranking in the top 10% GPA over six semesters. Ms. Chu Ngoc Mai is an Environmental Sciences student at Oregon State University and a dedicated climate activist. She has made impacts through initiatives like the Local Conference of Youth (LCOY) and various educational workshops, raising awareness about environmental protection among over 800 young people. In 2023, she founded Sustainable Development with Youth (SDY), empowering more than 540 individuals through the Green Youth Pioneers Training and hands-on community projects. She was invited by UNDP as a Vietnamese delegate and panelist at an international forum on green transition. Passionate about making science engaging, Mai actively develops interactive educational resources to inspire youth. Her commitment not only promotes sustainable practices but also fosters collaboration and responsibility among the next generation of environmental leaders.
Linh Chi Ho
Linh Chi Ho is the Valedictorian of the International Standard Program in Biology from VNU University of Science, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, who combines scientific expertise with environmental leadership. As Vietnam's representative at the Youth Environment Camp 2022 in Singapore, she collaborated with ASEAN youths to design regional environmental solutions addressing climate change. Through her scientific background and active engagement in social-environmental initiatives, Chi bridges diverse perspectives to foster innovative approaches to sustainable development. Her goal focuses on connecting scientific insights with practical community solutions across Southeast Asia. Chi expressed her opinion about solving environmental issues: “When we do something positive to the nature, we are not saving the environment, we are saving ourselves.”
Bao Anh Ngo
Bao Anh Ngo is a senior Bachelor’s student at Vietnam National University of Agriculture, majoring in Animal Production and Health. Understanding the interconnection of all life in creating a sustainable world, she is commited to combating illegal wildlife trade and promoting ethical animal husbandry in Vietnam. Bao Anh actively engages in global discussions on animal welfare and sustainability. In 2023, she represented Vietnam at the 22nd International Student Summit (ISS) in Tokyo, speaking on animal welfare. That same year, she was awarded the Canada-ASEAN SEED scholarship, allowing her to study sustainability during an academic exchange in Canada. Ms. Quynh Trang Nguyen (Riley) is a sustainability advocate passionate about driving systemic change through innovation, youth empowerment, and digitalization. With a First-Class degree from a UK university and experience in corporate sustainability and ESG, she has led impactful initiatives such as the Plastics Circularity Innovation Challenge at the British Chamber of Commerce Vietnam and the UNICEF U-Report workshop for young changemakers.
Previously, she served as Vice President of the Vietnamese Students Association in the UK (SVUK) and VinGroup’s Future Leader, where she took on leadership roles in community-building and youth engagement. Ms. Le Thi Viet Anh, a sophomore at Fulbright University Vietnam, is majoring in HumanCentered Engineering and Vietnam Studies. Ms. Nguyen Vu Ha My is a sophomore majoring in International Business Economics at the Foreign Trade University and working for the Trade Council at the Embassy of Denmark in Vietnam as a commercial trainee. Ms. Thi-Quyen Nguyen (Quin) graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), driven by a passion for promoting healthy food choices within communities. During her university years, Quin discovered her enthusiasm for educational technology and co-founded FA Quiz and FA Streak, two innovative apps that revolutionized the way Vietnamese medical students learn through gamification and interactive tools. Encouraged by positive feedback and support from over 100,000 Vietnamese medical students throughout 4 years, she is motivated to expand her projects beyond Vietnam, reaching medical students across Southeast Asia.
Nguyễn Thị Khánh Vi
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Khánh Vi is a final-year student at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, majoring in International Relations. She is passionate about sustainable development, economic empowerment, and international diplomacy. Vi has worked as an intern at the U.S. Embassy’s Regional English Language Office and the Vietnam Embassy in Singapore, supporting diplomatic research and event coordination. She also served as the Chairwoman of DAV Broadcasters and Deputy Head of Human Resources at the Galileo Society, where she led student initiatives and high-level dialogues. Her commitment to sustainability was strengthened through her role as a volunteer at the 8th Asia Pacific Geoparks Network Symposium in Cao Bang, where she supported international delegates and gained insights into sustainable tourism models. She aspires to leverage business and technology to promote traditional crafts, empower ethnic minority communities, and develop sustainable economic initiatives.
Tran Thi Bich Thuy

Ms. Tran Thi Bich Thuy is a third-year International Business student at Foreign Trade University, Vietnam. Passionate about mental health innovation and entrepreneurship, she founded Lắng, a project empowering youth with self-reflection tools to enhance self-esteem. She also contributes to REVEal dreams, a dream interpretation app designed to help individuals understand their subconscious and improve mental well-being. Thuy has led sales campaigns and strategic pivots for Lắng, optimizing its digital presence and operational efficiency. She has represented Vietnam in global programs, fostering cross-cultural collaboration and leadership. A firm believer in technology-driven social impact, Thuy explores the intersection of AI and mental health, aspiring to build sustainable digital solutions. She actively engages in mentorship and youth development initiatives, advocating for resilience and human-centered leadership. She believes that “true impact comes from understanding people’s needs and designing solutions that empower them."
Tran Diem Quynh
Ms. Tran Diem Quynh graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an excellent degree classification from VinUniversity (Vietnam). She is currently a research assistant working on two projects: one focused on addressing the labor skill gap and another in collaboration with Cornell University to promote green transportation.
Previously, Quynh and her team won the High Tech University Challenge, earning the chance to travel to the Netherlands to present their digital solution for combating air pollution. She also co-founded Blockchain @ VinUni, a student club dedicated to education and knowledge-sharing in the blockchain industry. Quynh has represented Vietnam in several international competitions, including the World Asian Case Competition, ICAEW Greater China & SEA Business Challenges, and International Blockchain Olympiad, where she sharpened her entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
As a co-founder of the EdTech startup initiative “TRAZEN,” Quynh is passionate about fostering talent in technical fields to support sustainable economic development.

Do Phuong Yen Linh
Ms. Do Phuong Yen Linh is a senior at the National Economics University (NEU). She achieved a perfect score on her graduation thesis and was awarded the university's prestigious scholarship for distinguished performance. Her research background spans both academic and industry settings, with a focus on climate adaptation and mitigation policies, particularly the use of economic instruments. This work has led to a publication in the Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies. Linh's commitment to global engagement is reflected in her participation in an exchange program with Saxion University in the Netherlands in 2023, and a 3-month internship in New Delhi, India, in 2024 through the AIESEC "Global Talents" program. Currently, she applies her expertise to the "Support to Vietnam for the Implementation of the Paris Agreement II" project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. Beyond her professional work, Yen Linh actively volunteers in youth-engaged climate programs. She firmly believes that "The best way to predict the future is to create it," a philosophy that drives her passion for building a sustainable future.
Duong Duc Anh (Andrew)

Mr. Duong Duc Anh (Andrew), after his first year at the National Economics University, decided to take a gap semester to pursue consulting. He was the youngest Summer Associate at a boutique consulting firm, before securing a position on the consulting team at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2024, Duc Anh was accepted to the Young Leaders for Vietnam Program where McKinsey & Company Vietnam was the knowledge partner. There, he saw the potential of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in driving impact for Vietnam’s NPOs and NGOs. Previously, as a Startup Knowledge Associate at UpYouth – Tech Startup Ecosystem, he helped Vietnamese startups refine strategies and scale. Now, he continues to bridge consulting, and social impact to create meaningful change. Outside of work, he is a tennis player and a budding saxophonist.
Hồng Hà Giang

Ms. Hồng Hà Giang majors Psychology at Fulbright University Vietnam. Passionate about using psychology for social good, she founded DÁM to combat school bullying through interventions, workshops, and collaborations that equip high school students with practical tools to address it effectively. She actively participates in events like EAGx, which shows her commitment to Effective Altruism and its guiding principle of “doing good better.” Beyond academics and advocacy, she is a dedicated researcher in neuropsychology and cognitive science, focusing on dementia and promoting mental well-being for Vietnamese people. She believes in creating inclusive environments and stands by the principle: “Every voice matters, and every action counts."
Chau Hoang Le

Ms. Chau Hoang Le, graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City (UAH) with a thesis focusing on the reuse of existing buildings. As a student, she was both a member and a team leader of several groups, winning various awards for her work on architectural reuse solutions, including a Merit Award from BCI Asia, a Third Prize in the National Round of the Council of Architects Asia Regional Competition, and a Feature in the International VELUX Award.
Currently, she is an Architectural Associate at an international design firm. Chau has actively volunteered in community-based reuse construction projects. She is passionate about deepening her understanding of waste management policies and sharing with young architecture students who share the same interests.
Thanh Le Hong Ha

Ms. Thanh Le Hong Ha, graduated with Bachelor’s degree of International Studies from Vietnam National University (VNU). Currently, Thanh Le is the Project Manager of impactUP.site – an online platform that supports the youngster and start-ups in Vietnam by providing access to knowledge on business and entrepreneurship. She serves as a bridge between youth and experts, guiding them in their entrepreneurial and business endeavors while helping them access valuable resources. Moreover, she actively participates in local volunteer initiatives, assisting vulnerable groups such as ethnic minority children and individuals with birth defects. Lastly, Thanh Le is deeply committed to her mission of supporting businesses in implementing sustainable business models through support programs and policies.
Le Vu Nguyet Minh

Ms. Le Vu Nguyet Minh graduated as the Valedictorian of English Linguistics, Batch 47, at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV). She is passionate about gender equality and sustainable development and is currently working as an Emergency Project Assistant at CARE in Vietnam, where she focuses on initiatives that promote women's economic justice, climate justice, and humanitarian aid. Previously, Minh served as a Member of the Secretariat and Head of the Communication Department at the DAV Students' Association, where she led the organization of large-scale events such as DAV Games, DAV Club Fair, and the DAV Alumni Network - key initiatives that fostered youth leadership and engagement. Mr. Nguyen Phan Khanh Duy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Can Tho University. With a strong passion for sustainable development, he focuses on addressing global challenges from a policymaker’s perspective. At 22 years old, Duy has actively participated in various international programs and initiatives, including an exchange program at the Student Forum at Airlangga University (Indonesia), the AUN-UBD Summer Camp at the University of Brunei Darussalam (Brunei), and National Pingtung University (Taiwan). Beyond his academic work, he interned at the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), where he supported various projects aimed at enhancing the governance capabilities of the Vietnamese government.

With a heart to make people’s life better, I aim to make them understand and exercise their civil rights and duties, ensuring they fully enjoy the benefits available to them. I have been part of youth initiatives and community projects where I have chances to serve the marginalized with my expertise focusing on human rights, public policy and governance. I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge of various legal systems and institutions, with a particular focus on the relationship between national and local leaders and citizens. My goal is to work as a legal researcher and policy maker, in which I can leverage my expertise to advocate for marginalized groups, particularly in the Mekong Delta region.

Ms. Chi Khanh Phan is a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from Ho Chi Minh City International University. She was recognized as an outstanding individual in Innovation & Entrepreneurship in the 30th-anniversary yearbook of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City.
Having firsthand experience with the limitations of Vietnam's entrepreneurial ecosystem, Chi is dedicated to addressing these gaps by fostering an environment and leveraging resources from stakeholders that support the growth and success of early-stage start-ups.
Currently, Chi is working at the Startup and Innovation Hub of Ho Chi Minh City, a government-backed agency under the Department of Science and Technology, responsible for regulating and implementing start-up activities in Ho Chi Minh City. She believes in the immense potential of start-ups to drive innovation and make meaningful impacts on both lives and economies.
Tran Van Hoa
Mr. Tran Van Hoa, a senior with Bachelor of English Linguistics from the University of Foreign Language Studies (UFLS) – the University of Da Nang was awarded the distinction scholarship in his faculty. He also achieved the title of “Student with Five Good Merits” in the academic year 2023-2024. During four years at his university, he was the class leader and led many projects in the course. Hoa actively represented Vietnam in the ASEAN Social Impact Program. He volunteered as the interpreter for World Vision Da Nang and Da Nang Foreign Affairs Department. Hoa advocated for LGBTQ+ rights, so he vigorously participated in Da Nang Youth Dialogue to discuss policies that eliminated gender discrimination against the LGBTQ+ community in Vietnam. He believes that “we are not what other people say we are; we are who we know ourselves to be, and we are what we love.
Tran Quang Gia Bao

Mr. Tran Quang Gia Bao is an International Business junior at Da Nang University of Economics. Throughout his university years, Bao has been an active member of the International Business Youth Association, contributing to the planning and execution of various youth programs, including volunteer campaigns and academic events. Along with an excellent academic performance, he has earned the prestigious “Five-Merit Student” title for two consecutive years. Apart from his university life, Bao is also a passionate musician, who desires to use the power of music to inspire the young generation towards positive actions. My (Nio) Thi Anh Tran (they/them)
My Tran, or Nio, graduated with Bachelor of French Business (International Business in French Language) as one of the top GPA students of their class from the Foreign Trade University – one of the most prestigious universities in Vietnam. With interest in academic research on the Corporate Social Responsibilities issue, Nio and their tree other teammates was awarded third prize in their university’s research competition in 2022 (Top 3/150 teams). Nio was appointed as the key HR member for a national robotics competition for children in the same year, and for the first time, they hosted a 500-person and a 1000-person event in succession. This valuable project management experience prompted Nio to delve further into the business context of a single project, which led to their profession as a business analyst.
Vu Phuong Tra
Tra, an economics graduate from Foreign Trade University, currently serves as a Project Officer in Research & Communications at Friends for International Tuberculosis Relief (FIT). Her work is dedicated to enhancing healthcare systems in Vietnam, with a focus on socio-economic support for tuberculosis-affected communities. Previously, she led impactful initiatives as Head of Communications for PsyCancer Talk, where she championed mental health awareness for cancer-affected individuals. Tra’s dedication to public health governance is driven by her passion for adapting international models to address local challenges. Actively involved in programs promoting public health and social equity, she believes that effective healthcare governance goes beyond policies, emphasizing the importance of creating inclusive systems that empower marginalized communities.
Le Thi Bich Ngoc
Ms. Le Thi Bich Ngoc is a law professional graduated with Bachelor of Law from Hanoi University of Law. She currently works at KPMG Law Limited, where she provides legal advice for private sectors on legal compliance with a focus on ESG framework and SDGs goal. Academically, Ngoc has demonstrated a strong interest in public policy, authoring an article on "The right to be forgotten and policy recommendations for Vietnam" published in the Journal of Legislative Research. She is also an active participant in international forums such as the Young ASEAN Leaders Policy Initiative and the Harvard College Project for Asian and International Relations, where she collaborates on sustainable development and green urbanism policies. Nguyen Phuong Anh is a fourth-year law student in the High-Quality Training Program at Hanoi Law University (HLU), where she explores the intersection of international law and digital innovation. A four-time recipient of HLU's Honor Scholarship for Excellent Academic Students (Top 5%), she also served as HLU's Ambassador in 2023, representing the university with pride. Her experiences include studying U.S. criminal procedures at the University of Washington, exploring cybercrime at Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, and interning at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center, where she contributed to cross-border dispute cases. She thrives in challenges, earning “The Best Oralist” title at the ICA Moot 2024 and ranking in the Top 16 at the CISG Pre-moot 2024.
