Muhammad Irfan Bin Djuanda

Muhammad Irfan Djuanda is an undergraduate studying Engineering Systems and Design with a specialisa:on in Business Analy:cs, at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. With experience in data analy:cs and opera:ons, he has developed automated forecas:ng models, op:mised business intelligence dashboards, and enhanced data-driven decision-making across various industries. As Deputy Vice-President of ROOT Student Government, he leads student rela:ons ini:a:ves, advocates for student concerns, and fosters community engagement. Passionate about youth development, Irfan serves as a Youth Corps Ambassador, organising mentorship programmes for youth-at-risk and promo:ng volunteerism. His interests include hos:ng events, mentoring, and exploring data-driven solu:ons to societal challenges.
Jamie Yau
Ms. Jamie Yau is an undergraduate at Singapore Management University, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Philanthropic Management. She is a recipient of the prestigious Global Impact Scholarship Award, granted to 40 exceptional individuals across the university. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Cyber Youth Singapore (CYS), the nation’s largest youth-led registered charity. At CYS, a five-year-old organisation dedicated to technology-related programmes, research, and advocacy, Jamie oversees four core divisions (e.g. Finance, Legal & Secretariat) which form the backbone of the charity. Jamie’s academic excellence was recognised in 2023, when she graduated as the Top Business Student at Singapore Polytechnic. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, she has represented Singapore at prominent international platforms such as the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society, Junior Achievement Global Alumni Summit, and ASEAN Youth Convergence, among others. Beyond her work with charitable organisations, Jamie also enjoys being a rookie chef and solo traveller.
Leong Mun Kit

Mr Leong Mun Kit is a Year 3 Business Management undergraduate at Singapore Management University and was awarded the SMU Lee Kong Chian Scholars' Programme, Singapore Mentorship Committee Student Sustainability Award and National Youth Achievement Award (Gold). He is the Auditor of Nee Soon East Youth Network and Vice-Chairman of the Young People’s Action Party (Nee Soon East). Previously, he was the Vice-Chairman of the Nee Soon East Youth Network. He has volunteered as a grassroots leader since 2018 and oversees various community projects. While at SMU, he had several academic exchanges, such as at Jönköping University in Sweden and the University of Cambridge.
Lok Yee Ling
Lok Yee Ling is a Research Assistant at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. She is a first-generation college graduate who received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the NUS Department of Sociology and Anthropology, where she cultivated her imagination of a better world. Her current research interest is in national suicide prevention, focusing on vulnerable populations such as LGBTQ+ people. Committed to dismantling stigma, she guides her peers in mental health literacy and professional help-seeking, conducts anonymous HIV testing, and befriends homeless people. The stigmatized communities she has worked with for six years deepened her commitment to social justice and cultivated her ethos of sensitivity and trauma-informed care. She is about to pursue a Master of Public Health in the US to learn community-based participatory research. Mary Oliver is her favourite poet.
Maria Zahid Binte Zahid

Ms. Maria Zahid is a scientist, having pursued education in Biomedical Technology. She is pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Psychology Forensics at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, where she holds the prestigious SUSS Scholarship. She is also an EXCO member of the Current AFairs Interest Group, serving as the Publicity Head.
Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Maria actively engages in volunteer work with Geylang Serai MAEC as Vice-Chairman, and M3@Geylang Serai, as Lead of Focus Area 3. She spearheads two ground-up initiatives: Project Khas Untukmu, an annual program that provides brand-new Hari Raya festive clothing to the underprivileged, and EveryVoice Youth Network, a youth network mentorship program.
In July 2024, Maria represented Singapore at the Singapore-Indonesia Youth Leaders Exchange Programme. In addition to her commitment to civic engagement, she is also passionate about aviation, foreign service, women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and floral artistry.
Amanda Chua

Amanda Chua is a final year undergraduate at Singapore Management University, pursuing a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology, focusing on ageing, sustainability, and innovation. A passionate traveler, Amanda’s backpacking journeys have shaped her global perspective, from contributing to humanitarian relief in Nepal to working at Impact Hub Taipei, where she supported B Corp social enterprises. Amanda’s genuine curiosity for the world inspires her to explore sustainable solutions that work for people and their communities. With a personal mission to improve the lives of the ageing population in Singapore, Amanda also actively worked with the ageing community on intergenerational works. Currently honing her creative storytelling skills, she dreams of using her experiences to share impactful stories that bridge generations, promote sustainability, and inspire positive action globally.
Clarence
Clarence is an environmental advocate passionate about sustainability, social impact, and youth empowerment. He holds an interdisciplinary degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from the National University of Singapore, and is actively involved in climate action, biodiversity conservation, and policy advocacy. He currently works at SAP as a Solutions Consultant, where he previously advised customers on digital solutions for corporate sustainability challenges, including sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, and supply chain management. Beyond his professional role, Clarence is a facilitator for Climate Fresk and Biodiversity Collage, raising awareness on climate and ecological issues through educational workshops. He also volunteers in wildlife rescue with the Animal Concerns Research and Education Society (ACRES) in Singapore. As a nature enthusiast and wildlife photographer, Clarence finds inspiration in the natural world and believes in the power of storytelling to drive conservation efforts.
Tan Ying En (Felicia)

Ms. Tan Ying En (Felicia) is an undergraduate at Singapore Management University (SMU), pursuing a Double Degree in Business and Social Sciences. As a passionate advocate for human resources and sustainability, she actively seeks to enhance her knowledge through academic pursuits and volunteer work. Felicia is a recipient of the prestigious Lee Kong Chian Scholars’ Programme (LKCSP) and has been inducted as a Youth Corps Leader through her involvement in the Youth Corps Leaders Programme. She currently serves as the President of SMU Verts and a Projects EXCO member of the Youth Corps Sustainability Cluster. Additionally, she contributes as a Conservation Ambassador with Mandai Wildlife Group. Felicia firmly believes that “business and the environment are interconnected, and everyone has a role to play in safeguarding our natural world.”
Damien Wee Xi Jun
Damien is an undergraduate at the National University of Singapore, majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE). Passionate about inclusivity and reducing inequality, they have been actively involved in environmental and queer advocacy across Southeast Asia. Their work also extends to the region’s contemporary art scene, where they explore the intersection of culture, identity, and social change.
Kesha Martiny

Kesha Martiny is a marine engineering graduate and Master of Sustainability student at Singapore Management University. She contributed to pivotal initiatives during her internship at the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, including authoring a comprehensive report on green financing and carbon credits for COP28, which influenced Singapore’s policy positions. Kesha has actively represented Singapore as a youth delegate at international events such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Conference of the Parties (COP29), the World Youth Development Forum 2024, the Asia-Europe Foundation's Young Leaders' Summit 2024, and the Asia-Pacific Youth Development Forum 2024, among others. She is also a member of the 11th Council People’s Action Party (PAP) Policy Forum and actively volunteers her time as a MaritimeSG Youth Ambassador and as part of the Climate Youth Community.
Ng Jing Xua

Ms. Ng Jing Xuan is an undergraduate at Singapore Management University, pursuing a degree in Political Science and Sustainability Management.
A dedicated advocate for financial literacy in developing nations, she has conducted financial literacy workshops abroad and served on Singapore's inaugural youth panel on financial literacy.
With a keen interest in entrepreneurship, Jing Xuan has gained experience by working at Station F, the world’s largest startup incubator, renowned for nurturing groundbreaking innovations and global ventures.
Lim Jia Le Ryan
Mr. Ryan Lim is Director of Partnerships & Strategy at Reactor School, overseeing revenue, corporate development and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from RMIT University and has spent the last decade in the startup ecosystem, specializing in B2B, and B2G partnerships across various sectors as a co-founder, early employee and in corporate innovation. On the International stage, he has represented Singapore at the National Youth Council’s 3rd Singapore Malaysia Youth Leaders Exchange Programme (SMYLEP) and as a guest lecturer and panelist at international forums. He is a core part of the UNESCO Entrepreneurship Education Network’s National Chapter of Singapore and part of the team at the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Singapore Hub. He believes that growth begins with the willingness to fail, learn, and try again
Loo Dan Lin

Loo Dan Lin, having graduated with the higher National Institute of Technical Education Certificate (NITEC) was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew (LKY) Gold Medal award , Valedictorian and Top Graduate award and the LKY-STEP scholarship. Having held the title of president of ACE club, a holistic development CCA, she also organised various student body events, and was an active contributor in community service and student dialogues that provided perspective on a broad range of subjects such as community welfare, sustainability, financial planning and racial harmony.
Currently a first year pursuing a diploma in Banking and Finance at Singapore Polytechnic (SP) she was also awarded the UOB Kay Hian scholarship and sought a short term internship during her holidays embodying the adage that “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest”, she can always be found seeking out new learning experiences and organizing/participating in community service events.
Winston Ng
Winston Ng is the founder and CEO of Finute, an edutainment gamification technology company that partners with governments, corporations, and nonprofits to bring ideas to life in virtual worlds. Passionate about creating virtual spaces since age 10, Winston founded Finute in high school after winning funding through local and international competitions. He has spoken at major conferences like UNESCO AI4IA and AsiaTechxSingapore and led Finute in developing a 1:1 3D digital twin of Singapore and pioneered the metaverse for government use, in legislature and policing. Finute is also the official metaverse partner for Singapore’s National Day Parade. Winston frequently shares his entrepreneurial journey at schools and has guest lectured at the National University of Singapore on the metaverse and fintech. A former police officer during national service, Winston plans to begin undergraduate studies in 2025 while continuing to shape the future of virtual worlds.
Po Qian Hwee

Ms. Po Qian Hwee, graduated with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biological Sciences from National Technological University (NTU). She is currently an Assistant Development Partner in the Enterprise Sustainability team at Enterprise Singapore. In this role, she supports local businesses in adopting sustainability initiatives and capacity building. Previously, she was an active student member, taking on multiple leadership roles within her faculty and residential hall, most notably leading publicity efforts and animal welfare projects. Passionate about the conservation of the natural environment, she has undertaken marine research stints and created content for a youth-run non-profit environmental organization throughout her tertiary education. These experiences have fueled her interest in exploring the intersection of nature, business, and people, and how the status quo can be transformed to future-proof communities, particularly for vulnerable populations.
Rajiv Java S/O Vijaykumar Java

Mr Rajiv Java S/O Vijaykumar Java will be graduating from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science. Professionally, he has interned at various organisations. These include as an Intern attached to the Americas Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore, as a Global Public Affairs Intern at SHEIN, and as a Public Affairs & Public Policy Intern at The HEINEKEN Company. As a student leader, he most notably served as the Chairperson of 1SUSS, his university’s student union. He has also participated in various programmes and competitions. These include STEP Sociovation Forum, Singapore Undergraduate Policy Conference, ASEAN Experiential Learning Programme, and the Singapore Model Cabinet. Passionate about governance and cultural exchange, he looks forward to learning about the United States’ government and politics while also forging meaningful bonds with his ASEAN peers at YSEALI AFP.
Nigel Lian
Nigel is a scholar at NUS Business School majoring in finance. His interest in the field is highly varied, ranging from the functions of different asset classes to the construction of investment portfolios for clients and institutions. In pursuit of this interest, Nigel took on roles in various organisations, from fund management houses to banks and hedge funds, where he hones his expertise in investment consulting. Nigel also represents his school in international case competitions, where he competes in the Americas, Europe and Oceania.
Ezekkious Loo

Mr Ezekkious Loo, a student from Nanyang Polytechnic’s School of Information Technology, is a passionate advocate for technology and youth development. Ezekkious serves on the #LifeHacks Youth Panel, formulating & proposing policy recommendations on financial security of Singaporeans. He is also a member of the US Ambassador’s Youth Advisory Council. With an enterprising spirit, Ezekkious has co-founded a start-up and a non-profit, focused on cybersecurity and youth development, serving thousands of youths and businesses. In his school, he built the first incubator program, raising funds for student ventures, and led a start-up to acquisition. Ezekkious actively volunteers in youth advocacy initiatives, as a voice for youth involvement in policy and technology. He hopes to explore and learn the intricacies of governance and policymaking through the YSEALI AFP, ultimately applying the knowledge and experience to create greater social impact through youth policymaking in Singapore.
Lutfi Bin Mohamed Zulnizan
Lutfi Zulnizan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Minor in Public Health at the National University of Singapore (NUS). A passionate advocate for public health and medicine, he has actively contributed to research initiatives, including as an Undergraduate Researcher at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, where he advanced Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) strategies to enhance research impact and inclusivity. As Deputy Policy Centre Director at MAJU, Lutfi collaborates with policy experts and stakeholders to shape progressive health policies.
His commitment extends to empowering underprivileged communities through tutoring, mentoring, and leading impactful health initiatives locally and overseas. With a deep dedication to public health, policymaking, and education, Lutfi aims to harness research and innovation to drive equitable and empathetic healthcare policies and foster sustainable societal development. He believes that health, dignity and justice for every human is cause that is imperative to work towards.
Oh Jia Jun

Jia Jun is a sophomore at Singapore Management University (SMU), pursuing a double degree in Social Sciences and Finance. Previously, he interned with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where he worked on grant application processes and researched the debt capital market in Singapore and the region. He also interned at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, gaining insights into Singapore's bilateral relations and global developments. He recently completed a term as Desk Director for Asia-Pacific at a macroeconomic club at SMU, deepening his interest in the region’s political and economic aLairs. In his free time, he enjoys learning new skills and is currently learning Korean. Passionate about policymaking, Jia Jun hopes to contribute to initiatives that foster regional cooperation and strengthen economic and people-to-people ties. He is excited to explore the U.S. governance system and connect with fellows from across Southeast Asia.
