JAYSON BUNYAO ABAD

Jayson holds a degree in Sociology from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He has been part of a team of Social Media Researchers at Internews, where he monitored disinformation in the Philippines. In 2023, he addressed global leaders at the UN Human Rights Council Social Forum, sharing his insights on the impact of disinformation on human rights and elections. Currently, Jayson works with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, contributing to efforts to strengthen democratic stability in the Bangsamoro, Philippines. He is also actively engaged in youth empowerment initiatives, including voter education campaigns. Jayson has represented the Philippines at the 2023 Youth Regional Affairs Dialogue at NTU Singapore and the 2024 Young ASEAN Leaders Policy Initiative at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. He was also honoured as one of the 25 Under 25 Global Legacy Awardees for 2024 by Common Purpose, a global non-profit organisation.
Princess Naomie M. Amirel
Princess Naomie M. Amirel is a BS Biology student at Mindanao State University–Main Campus, aspiring to pursue a career in the medical field. She serves as the External Deputy Prime Minister of Mindanao State University-Main Campus and the current Vice President for External Affairs of the Marawi DOST-SEI League. A dedicated leader, she was recognized as one of the 20 Outstanding Leaders chosen for the Leadership Excellence in Politics program held in Geneva, Switzerland. Passionate about community service, she actively volunteers in grassroots areas and has led various initiatives focused on public health, education, and social welfare. Overall, a strong advocate for women's and children's rights, health rights, and child protection, Princess Naomie is committed to creating a safer and more inclusive society through leadership and advocacy.
Ansley Christopher Diong Cariño

Mr. Ansley Christopher Diong Cariño is a registered Civil Engineer and a Cost Engineer III, Team Leader at DMCI Homes, a renowned real estate developer in the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, from the National University Manila. Ansley is an active volunteer with the Angat Bayanihan Volunteer Network of Angat Buhay and serves as Chairperson of Angat Kabataan Valenzuela, a local youth organization. He previously served as President of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - National University Student Chapter and represented the Philippines as a delegate to Huawei Seeds for the Future 2022 in Thailand. Ansley believes that "Volunteering is the heart of leadership—it's about giving your time to lift others, creating a ripple effect of change in community and oneself."
Margaret Mary De Asis
Ms. Margaret Mary De Asis graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Visayas in 2023 and earned her license as a registered psychometrician in 2024. She currently works at the Negrosanon Young Leaders Institute, a youthled civil society organization, as the Mental Health Worker. She also serves as the Program Officer for the Center for Health and Well-Being and leads Building Bridges, a project that integrates HIV care with mental health, psychosocial support, and trauma-informed interventions. Margaret directs her efforts toward advancing mental health, child and youth development, and holistic care in diverse capacities. Her goal is to ensure no child is left behind, with proper nurturance during their formative years, and to create supportive, safe spaces where individuals can foster hope and care within their communities.
RVJ Dioso Gatchalian

Mr. RVJ Gatchalian is a Cum Laude graduate of Communication and Media Arts from the University of the Philippines Mindanao. He co-founded Tabang Kidapawan in 2021, delivering 8 tonnes of relief goods to over 2,000 families. In 2022, he established Kalasag, a youth-led organization focused on empowerment, civic engagement, and climate justice, managing 250+ volunteers and forming partnerships with 50+ NGOs. His expertise in disaster response led him to the Youth Energy Academy in Thailand, where he joined the Sustainable Energy Youth Network.
In 2023, he launched the BUHAT Initiative, addressing disinformation through media literacy and storytelling. That same year, he became a National Youth Advisory Board Member of KIYO Philippines and a Project Consultant for Save the Children Philippines.
He’s currently a Senior Youth Panellist for the European Union Youth Empowerment Fund, mentors young leaders and volunteers for environmental causes. He enjoys hiking and exploring the Philippines.
Franklin Duane A. Madriñan
Mr. Franklin Duane A. Madriñan graduated magna cum laude and program awardee of the Development Studies Program from the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU). Over the years, he has worked with the youth, ethnic minorities, and internally displaced persons (IDPs) on community organizing and storytelling. In 2022, he brought the story of Bukidnon's IP youth to international discourse as a Full Scholar at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 2023, he led projects on youth empowerment and co-convened initiatives for humane and inclusive spaces as President of the Development Society of the Ateneo (DevSoc). Today, he helps transform the country’s education sector as an Executive Assistant at the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI).
Keziah Loucille P. Mallorca

Ms. Keziah Loucille P. Mallorca is currently the Program Officer for Volunteer Formation and Advocacy under the Social Involvement and Advocacy Program (SIAP) of Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in International Studies in the same institution in 2022. During her years in university, she was an active studentleader, holding various leadership positions and projects. She is affiliated with the National Citizens’ Movement for Free Elections (NAMFREL) and serves as the Co-Coordinator for NAMFREL CDO-MISOR Chapter. Keziah actively volunteers in various civic engagements such as feeding programs, relief operations, environmental initiatives, media information and literacy trainings, voters’ education, among others.
Ninna Cabrera Nasayao
Ms. Ninna C. Nasayao graduated with honors from Bicol University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She currently works with a non-government organization that empowers citizens to strengthen their communities and actively engage with its local government. Beyond her professional work, Ninna serves as Secretary of the youth council in her barangay, where she contributes by drafting proposals, writing letters, and representing the council in fellowships and events focused on environmental governance and human rights. She is also a passionate advocate for animal welfare and responsible pet parenting, dedicating her time as a volunteer with Street Paws Naga. Through her advocacy and community work, Ninna aspires to be “a voice for the voiceless,” championing causes that uplift both people and animals alike.
Samantha Gayle Bautista Santos

Samantha Gayle Santos completed her Bachelor of Communication from the University of the City of Manila and graduated with Higher Honors. As a children and youth empowerment advocate zeroing in on youth leadership and fighting to end Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC), she is serving as the Senior Assistant under the National Prosecution Development of International Justice Mission which focuses on the protection of children and youth in the Philippines.
Samantha helps facilitate the training of legal experts to be trauma-informed and victim-sensitive in court proceedings. Through their work, they help create child-friendly spaces through local legislation across the country. She continues to prioritize the interests of youth over her own by pursuing her goal of strengthening judicial systems to enforce laws and deter offenders to protect children from violence. Samantha wants to champion child protective strategies that will allow every child to be themselves without fear.
Aaron S. Sinangote
Mr. Aaron S. Sinangote is a 4th-year Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology student at Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU). He serves as the Head of the Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee of the AdDU National Service Reserve Corps (NSRC) and is a founding Board Member of Sibol Santa Cruz, a youth-led NGO empowering the youth of Santa Cruz in nation-building. A former President of the Mindanawon Anthropological Society of the Ateneo, Aaron has been actively involved in public advocacies and civic engagement programs. With a passion for meaningful conversations and the exploration of spaces, he views anthropology as both a tool for gaining knowledge and a lens for critically unlearning ingrained perspectives. This approach shapes his understanding of the world and informs the values he seeks to uphold.
KRISTIAN NOEL I Y. SOLAS

Kristian Noel Solas currently serves as the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson of Barangay Rubber, Polomolok, South Cotabato. He is a champion of the Blaan Tribe, one of the Indigenous Peoples in the Philippines, and was recognized as an Outstanding Indigenous People of Polomolok in Academics last year. Kristian graduated with Latin honors in Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Biology, and is currently pursuing his postgraduate studies, specializing in Biology. An advocate for youth empowerment and the advancement of Indigenous Peoples, where he actively participates in various community initiatives while fulfilling his responsibilities as an elected public official. He believes that his position goes beyond politics, viewing it as a commitment driven by purpose and vision.
Joepete Steve Vega
Mr. Steve Vega is a third-year undergraduate student at the University of the Philippines—Diliman pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Art Studies. He graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a diploma in Humanities and Social Sciences and received the St. John Berchmanns Award for Leadership Excellence. He served as Member Development Head of Ateneo’s LGBTQIA+ and women’s rights organization, Lakambini. A passionate LGBTQIA+ advocate, he is the Membership Committee Co-Head of UP Diliman Babaylan, organizing educational discussions, advocacy training, and outreach programs to empower queer and marginalized communities. Steve has spearheaded Pride Month campaigns, facilitated community projects, and represented LGBTQIA+ rights at the plenary for the SOGIE Equality Bill’s sponsorship in the Philippine House of Representatives. He combines his interests in queer theory, international relations, and literature with his commitment to social justice, aspiring to advance LGBTQIA+ rights and foster inclusivity across Southeast Asia.
Ricardo Vidal

Ricardo Vidal is a youth advocate, public servant, and psychology graduate from Our Lady of Fatima University. His academic interests focus on community psychology, youth development, and civic engagement, which drive his leadership in governance and volunteerism.
As Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Barangay Commonwealth and Chairperson of the Commonwealth Young Leaders Coalition, he has led various youth-centered initiatives. He also serves as Quezon City Director of AGOS Coalition and Assistant Program Officer of RESKYUSI Food Basket, an award-winning project recognized by Galing Pook Foundation, DSWD, and the Office of the President.
His dedication has earned him numerous accolades, including being one of the Top 10 Outstanding SK in the Philippines, a Ten Accomplished Youth Organization National Finalist, and an Angat Kalikasan Awardee by Angat Buhay Foundation. He is also a recipient of the University of the Philippines Gawad Sining Saludo Excellence Award as Outstanding Humantarian and Youth Leader of the year.
Marcus Andre Cutaran Villanueva
Mr. Andre Villanueva is a Computer Science student passionate about data analytics, data governance, and software development. He has built web applications for startups and organizations, and he has developed corporate dashboards during internships at GCash, the Philippines’ largest fintech company; ING, one of Europe’s leading banks; and Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
Beyond his technical expertise, he has worked with various NGOs and organizations, leading initiatives in community volunteerism and education technology. He is currently driving efforts to advance quantum education in the Philippines.
Gabriel Villaruel

Gabriel Villaruel is a creative industries advocate and a visionary leader who utilizes the transformative power of the arts to promote cultural, social, and youth development within his community on Alabat Island, Quezon Province. He is renowned for his diverse range of creative capabilities, including theater-making, directing, writing, dancing, choreography, and multimedia production.
As one of the driving forces behind PINTAKASI, a youth-led multi-arts organization, he has harnessed the talents of over 500 artists and volunteers to inspire social change through the arts, eventually being honored as one of the Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations nationwide at the prestigious 20th TAYO Awards. This commitment to using the arts as a catalyst for social cohesion has earned him recognition as a fellow of the Leadership and Democracy (LEAD) Fellowship of Youthled (a joint project of USAID and The Asia Foundation) and also as a graduate of the Asian Institute of Management under the Future Bridging Leaders Program Cohort 5.
Cyril John Lacsi
Cyril John Lacsi is a Licensed Professional Teacher and graduate of Social Science Education from the Philippine Normal University, where he received the Dominador J Salas Leadership Award. He served as an Ambassador of UNESCO Club Philippines and was recognized as the Outstanding UNESCO Youth Club Leader of the Philippines in 2022.
Cyril's advocacy covers the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, Deliberative Democracy, and Civic Education. He has spoken at prominent events like the United Nations Association of the Philippines International Youth Day and Osaka University SDG Inspirational Video in 2023.
He previously led the PNU UNESCO Club as Director General and was a secretariat of the National Coordinating Body of UNESCO Clubs in the Philippines. Cyril was also the Vice-Chairperson for External Affairs of the Coalition of NCR Youth Leaders and a member of the Youthled coalition in the Philippines.
Cyril believes in equal representation and consensus-based decision-making.
Juanquine “Wacky Racho” Castro

Juanquine “Wacky Racho” Castro is a passionate youth leader and advocate in the Philippines. As a Public Administration student at the University of the Philippines - Diliman, he has been recognized for his academic excellence and leadership, earning prestigious honors such as the Gawad Tsansellor ng Matatanging Mag-aaral.
He is the Founder and President of Youth Service Philippines, leading impactful projects that promote peace, education, and youth empowerment. Through his initiatives, he has established peace libraries in Mindanao and provided platforms for young leaders to drive change. Wacky also serves as Country Head for Coexister Philippines and has consulted for NGOs, international organizations, and the Philippine House of Representatives.
An internationally recognized speaker, he has represented the Philippines at United Nations conferences and global fellowships. Wacky’s work reflects his dedication to governance, sustainability, and creating a better future for all.
Angelyn L. Amper

Ms. Angelyn Amper graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Philippines Diliman. As a licensed professional geologist in the Philippines, her professional scope encompasses a broad range of geoscientific disciplines, focusing on the intricate relationships of the Earth and its environments.
Angelyn is passionately dedicated to advancing environmental sustainability and promoting environmental justice. Currently, she serves the national government under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, where she leverages her expertise in geospatial data and remote sensing technologies.
Angelyn is actively involved in projects focused on environmental compliance monitoring, water resource management, and flood mitigation measures at a national scale. Her innovative approach aims to integrate scientific research with practical applications, ensuring that the environment and natural resources are managed responsibly and effectively.
Rodmar Gaitan Arduo
Rodmar Gaitan Arduo is a Filipino storyteller and climate activist working at the intersection of environmental advocacy, science communication, and community development. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries, specializing in Fisheries Policies and Development Studies, at the University of the Philippines. His passion for Coastal Resource Management (CRM) and making science accessible to the public has driven his active involvement in organizations such as the UP Fisheries Guild, Ang Mangingisda (The Fisher), and Save Philippine Seas. He is committed to raising awareness about the importance of aquatic flora and fauna, using his skills in design and data visualization to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Anthony Adrian V. Cale

Mr. Anthony Adrian V. Cale is an Environmental Engineer currently pursuing his master’s degree at the University of the Philippines Diliman, where his specialization mainly focuses on research in environmental systems, specifically rainwater harvesting systems and using geographic data for decision making and analysis. He co-founded a climate-tech organization called O1nnovations - Rainwater Solutions Corp. where they harness the power of rain to empower communities by providing them access to water and generating electricity. His startup secured a total of USD 3,800 from grants and prizes to support in building a floating sanitation facility with a rainwater harvesting system in a floating community in his province as well as building more rainwater harvesting systems in the community. He believes that “what we learn in school should inspire us to make a difference and benefit our communities."
Marielle Calicdan
Ms. Marielle Calicdan graduated summa cum laude and as college valedictorian with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She previously worked at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) authoring reviews on the Enhancing Resilient Communities (ERC) flagship initiative and Climate Change and Conflict in BARMM. Marielle's research interests include ecological anthropology and human geography. Her study among the Bantoanon fisherfolk earned her the E. Arsenio Manuel Best Student Paper Award from the Anthropological Association of the Philippines. Also a Palanca Award-winning writer and UPD-OICA Visual Arts and Cultural Studies scholar, she best forwards her advocacies through moving prose and visual methods in research.
Samantha Claire G. Cayona

Sam Cayona is a graduate of Environmental Science from Ateneo de Davao University, Philippines, where she was recognized as Class Salutatorian, Summa Cum Laude and Leadership Awardee. During her undergraduate years, she was an active volunteer in the student government and was eventually elected as president. In her leadership journey, she collaborated with various student organizations in organizing student activities that championed students’ rights and welfare and advanced student-led advocacy projects, particularly those focused on youth empowerment and environmental action. Her environmental engagements continued in her professional life through the Forest Foundation Philippines, an NGO that provides grants and technical assistance to civil society organizations. There, she worked closely with government partners, non-governmental organizations, and local community groups to develop forest conservation projects. Sam is deeply committed to contributing to conservation work and firmly believes that the youth is a transformative force for positive change.
Ivy Geraldine Dulay Ferrer
Ms. Ivy Geraldine Dulay Ferrer graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She is a photographer with a keen interest in the environment, society, and sports. She is currently the Program Officer for Climate and Disaster Resilience at the Ateneo Institute of Sustainability and leads Green Dreams of a Generation, a youth-led, non-profit organization focused on climate storytelling. She has honed her leadership and organizational skills through her involvement with various school-wide, volunteer, and non-government organizations. Her areas of interest include quality quotidian life, disaster resilience, science communication, and photojournalism.
Glydel Fornan

My name is Glydel Fornan and I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics specializing in Instrumentation Physics from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. My work in spatial data and complex systems during college helped me become a University Research Associate in the Asian Institute of Management right after, where I am now taking my Master’s in Data Science. I am also an active volunteer in various outreach programs, specifically in initiatives for the indigenous people or those living in remote areas. As a mountaineer, I have led climbs for beginner and intermediate hikers as well as taught basic mountaineering courses such as orienteering, land navigation, and bolo handling.
Rey Raphael C. Llamas
Mr. Rey Raphael C. Llamas graduated Junior High School as Student Council President from Xavier University Junior High School and graduated Senior High School as the Batch Salutatorian and Student Council Vice President, Head Legislative Convener, and was a Mayor Oscar Moreno Excellent Student Leadership Awardee. He is currently an undergraduate student at the University of the Philippines – Diliman. During his time at the University, he makes sure to keep in touch with his passion in leadership and took roles in extra-curricular organizations such as the Philippine Association of Food Technologists – Alpha Chapter, AIESEC in the Philippines, and UP Kalinaw while balancing the rigorous academic pursuits by attaining honors. He believes that no one should be left behind in our fight for food sustainability and security here in the Philippines.
John Ferdie Madulid

Mx. John Ferdie Madulid, is a queer advocate, volunteer, and environmentalist.
With strong grassroots involvement, they have worked closely with the Indigenous Peoples of Antique, the fisherfolks of Anini-y and Bulata, the farmers of Bulacan, and the youth of Western Visayas, empowering communities through environmental and climate action.
Currently, they serve as the Environment Committee Chair of the One Western Visayas Youth Network and are the founder of Antique Stewards for Environmental Action, leading grassroots efforts in marine conservation, climate advocacy, and environmental education for the youth. They were recognized as one of the top six finalists of Ideas Positive for their project, The Coral Initiative, which focuses on marine ecosystems and coral conservation.
Ferdie is committed to championing causes that protect our planet while uplifting the voices of communities often left behind.
Johnkarl Eduard Manimbo
Johnkarl Manimbo is a chemical engineering graduate from the University of the Philippines with a deep passion for sustainability and education. He currently works as a sustainability specialist at an FMCG company, where he focuses on developing impactful programs to address pressing environmental challenges.
Johnkarl has a strong academic interest in environmental impact assessment, sustainable practices, and carbon footprint reduction. He believes in the power of education to drive meaningful change. During his undergraduate years, he managed his studies while also working as a part-time tutor and volunteering as a campus first-aider, striving to support others through knowledge and service. He hopes to empower people from different backgrounds to take action, believing that sustainability is not just an initiative but a shared responsibility.
Julio Anton Mulawin Raquiza Nemenzo

Anton Nemenzo graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. During an exchange program at Kyoto University, he attended a meeting of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which inspired him to pursue a career in environmental sustainability. He is now an Energy Program Officer at an Asia-based NGO, where he researches climate finance, financial flows, and energy subsidies. He has participated in initiatives for global civil society organizations, including a thematic meeting for the COP29 Coalition, and has represented his organization in the Fossil Free Japan network. He has also delivered public seminars in Manila and Tokyo on Japan's fossil fuel spending. Additionally, he served as National Secretary of the 2030 Youth Force of the Philippines, promoting youth engagement in the SDGs. Outside of work, he is training to complete his first marathon.
Kim Janzel D. Obdin
Engr. Kim Janzel Obdin is a licensed mechanical engineer who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bataan Peninsula State University in 2022. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at De La Salle University.
Kim has co-authored a research paper presented at an international conference on materials engineering. She previously served as a part-time instructor in the Mechanical Engineering Department of her alma mater and worked as a project assistant for a DOST-TAPI-funded initiative, focusing on the design and commercialization of a biocomposite processing machine to support local communities.
In 2024, Kim joined the Science and Technology Information Institute of DOST as a Science Research Specialist. Passionate about advancing sustainable technology, she is dedicated to using engineering solutions to benefit society and empower communities.
Juaquin Andre Macatangay Pineda

Mr. Juaquin Pineda is an Architecture student at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. His academic journey centers on cultural identity and ecological sustainability in architectural solutions, demonstrated in his thesis on barn swallow migration and its impact in Batangas City.
Juaquin is a recipient of Benilde’s School of Environment and Design Scholarship and the winner of the 2023 PHINMA Housing Design Competition’s 50 sqm category in the Philippines
He has also volunteered at the City Planning and City Environmental Design Offices in Batangas, where he gained firsthand experience in urban planning. He assisted in community-centered projects focused on improving public spaces & developing land-use strategies into city planning.
Juaquin also served as a design consultant for LoveYourself CBS, a USAID-funded initiative advancing LGBTQ+ empowerment and HIV awareness. He also contributed to Benilde HiFi, a Technology Business Incubator under the Department of Science and Technology that supports startups and founders.
Kuhlyn Salazar
Kuhlyn Salazar is a Programme Officer for the Kabataang Resilient Programme, a joint initiative between the Positive Youth Development Network and UNICEF Philippines. At present, she works with young Filipions in advocating for children- and youth-inclusive climate action and disaster resilience across the country. As a climate justice advocate, she spent her undergraduate years exploring and writing about the intersection of climate, security, and human rights. She has worked with environmental and human rights organizations, allowing her to publish stories and articles on these intersections prior to her graduation. She aspires to continue working with grassroots communities to bring their advocacy to international policy discussions and actions.
She graduated with a degree in Diplomacy and International Relations with Specialization in East and Southeast Asian Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Angelyra Puyawan Serapio

Ms. Angelyra Puyawan Serapio, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology with Honors from Mindanao State University - General Santos City, Philippines. Currently, Angelyra is pursuing a law degree at the same institution. She is passionate about environmental conservation and aims to leverage her academic background to advocate for sustainable practices and active restoration of marine ecosystems. She has participated in various marine conservation initiatives, working alongside governmental agencies such as the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Department of Tourism, as well as organizations like Earth Island Institute Philippines, Earth Island Outdoor Environmental Club, Drive and Dive Sarangani, and Spectrum Inc. She believes that "methods are obvious, what’s hard is accomplishing them” and aspires to contribute to policies that safeguard the environment for future generations.
Jennalyn Venegas
Ms. Jennalyn A. Venegas is a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture student at the University of the Philippines Los Baños, majoring in Agronomy and specializing in Plant Breeding. Passionate about sustainability, she integrates research and technology to promote climate-smart agriculture. Her work focuses on agricultural innovation, developing resilient crops, and improving farming systems through science and technology.
Her journey has taken her across borders—from studying at Mendel University in the Czech Republic, where she excelled in Applied Genetics, Environmental Ethics, and Agroclimatology and completed research internships in Molecular Biology and Precision Agriculture, to exploring Plant Microbiology at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology.

Mr. Ryan Gerard C. Zafra, a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Forestry, completed his degree as Magna Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). He is a registered professional forester (RPF) in the Philippines, whose work involves community development through stakeholder collaborations and assessment of forest landscapes through GIS technologies. Mr. Sean Paul Manalo graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. His interests lie in conservation and restoration ecology, particularly of wetland ecosystems. Currently, he works as a research assistant, studying the carbon sequestration of Philippine mangroves. In addition to his research work, Sean is passionate about plant biodiversity and raises awareness of native plant species through educational short-form videos on social media platforms, such as Tiktok and Instagram. Because of these videos, he was recently selected as a fellow for Earth Journalism Network’s Earth Shorts program, where he received training in creating climate-related video content. Patricia Joy Rabuya Abarquez
Ms. Patricia Joy Rabuya Abarquez graduated with Latin honors from the Ateneo de Manila University, earning a dual degree in BS Chemistry and BS Materials Science and Engineering. As President of the Ateneo Chemistry Society, she led the organization to win the 2023 Loyola Schools Awards for Leadership and Service by spearheading community-based projects that highlighted the role of chemistry in social development. Hailing from Cotabato City, he was recognized as one of the outstanding presidents of Rotary International District 3870 during his tenure as Past President of the Interact Club of Notre Dame - RVM College of Cotabato. Elecah Maye Alindogan is currently an Executive Assistant to the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Member of the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of the Philippines. Elecah is a Liaison Officer for the International Finance Group (IFG), Information Management Services (IMS), Climate Finance Policy Group (CFPG), Corporate Sector and Strategic Infrastructure Group (CSSIG), and Policy Development and Management Services Group (PDMSG).
In 2024, she represented the Philippines in the Yenching Global Symposium in Beijing, China. In 2023, she started Ahon, a start-up social enterprise in collaboration with a company in Seoul, South Korea. Aaron Ernest Ang
Mr. Aaron Ernest Ang graduated from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) in 2021. He is a Product Integration Officer at the Bank of the Philippine Islands and is passionate about the role of digitalization in democratizing financial services. His experience in e-commerce and fintech enriches his work, especially project management.
As a student, Aaron was VP of Project Management in the Rizal Library Ambassadors and AVP of Finance in Ateneo Psyche (a mental health organization). He has represented the Philippines for the Philippine-Korean Youth Forum (PYKF) and joined cultural exchange events and ocean conservation programs.
Aaron’s volunteer journey began in 2024. He is on the social media team of CARA Welfare, an animal protection organization. He is also starting to step up in his local neighborhood where he helps organize (and performs at) book launches, weekend markets, and open mics. He is also a published author and journalist.

In college, she co-led DAHAN PH, an independent project with friends that promoted sustainable shopping and waste reduction. Marjory is passionate about circular economy, particularly in maximizing a product’s lifecycle and making energy systems more efficient. Her undergraduate thesis explored using ionic liquids to extract lignocellulosic fibers from agricultural waste, showing their potential as a sustainable and practical way for renewable energy production. Ms. Brin Raizulli Isaac is an MA Philippine Studies student specializing in foreign relations at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She graduated with a BA in Asian Studies from the University of Santo Tomas in 2023 and has held leadership roles in TomasinoWeb, the premier digital media organization of her undergraduate university. As a former campus journalist, Brin has produced more than 40 stories, founded four websites, and won two Philippine Student Quill Awards. In 2021, she was the sole Philippine delegate to win “Best Delegate” in the ASEAN-China Young Leaders Summit. Since 2024, Brin has been engaged with the Pacific Forum’s Young Leaders Program where she will be contributing to policy discussions with experts on critical regional issues. Currently, she is a Project Associate for the Gas Policy Development Project 3 and the Executive Secretary of the Philippine International Law of the Sea Academy.
Phoebe Mae G. Magabilin
Ms. Phoebe Mae G. Magabilin is a Bachelor of Science in Management student at the University of the Philippines Visayas and was awarded as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Jose Rizal Model Students of the Philippines. She is an advocate of economic empowerment executed through establishing the ArtisanRise Policy in her term as the former Chief External Officer of the UPV Junior Executive Society, which enhanced the market presence and growth potential of local artisans. She also led financial literacy programs for students as the former president of the UPV Capital Market Investors Guild. Ms. Albiean “Bie” Revalde is the youngest international trans pageant queen, holding the titles of Miss Trans Global Philippines 2021 and Duchess Global 2021. She became the first transgender president of the Central Student Council at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), the country’s most populous university. A dedicated advocate, she co-founded FRUITY, the youth arm of LoveYourself Inc., and actively champions LGBTQ+ and women's rights, as well as HIV and AIDS awareness. Currently a senior Industrial Engineering student at PUP and Lean Six Sigma-certified, she balances her studies with a career as an emerging fashion model, creative, and content creator. As an ambassadress for LoveYourself Inc., Bie continues to use her platform to push for inclusivity, empowerment, and meaningful representation.
Abdel Jalal Deligente Sinapilo
Abdel Jalal D. Sinapilo is a graduate of the University of the Philippines from the Bachelor of Science in Physics program of the National Institute of Physics. His undergraduate research is on image processing, satellite imagery, and automation algorithms, publishing his significant findings in the 2024 Proceedings of the Samahang Pisika ng Pilipinas.
His research interests led him to his first and current professional role as a technical assistant in a project in the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, where he works on geospatial analysis, image processing, and artificial intelligence.
Abdel has a long-standing commitment to leadership and socio-civic engagements and advocacies, dating back to his primary school years. Ms. Ninna Beatrice Ulanday Alforte is a Diplomacy and International Affairs student who understands that policymaking, like science, must be rooted in evidence. She began her journey in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, analyzing patterns in data, before shifting to diplomacy—recognizing that governance, too, demands precision, structure, and the discipline of proof. Well-crafted policies, like well-designed experiments, must be tested, measured, and built for real-world impact.
She served as Head Delegate for the Summer Exchange Program on Environmental Governance and Disaster Management at the University of Indonesia, where she developed a policy brief and case analysis on sustainable policy implementation. She has also examined ASEAN disaster risk strategies and governance parallels between the Philippines and Indonesia.

Mr. Anthony Espinosa, recently graduated with a degree in BSBA Marketing Management from Mindanao State University - GenSan - Batch 2024, earning the distinction of Magna Cum Laude. He is the first and only recipient of the UniFast Academic Excellence Award at MSU-GenSan, having achieved the highest honors among graduated UniFast CHED scholars. His leadership journey began at the age of 11 when he served as the Supreme Pupil Government president in grade school. His passion for leadership continued through high school, where he was actively involved in various school organizations and volunteerism. In college, he quickly rose to leadership roles, serving as a Senator and Vice President in the second-largest student organization at the university (Physical Education Students’ Organization), as well as holding similar positions in the college student council (Business Administration and Accountancy Student Council). Mr. Stewart E. Laging earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV) with Latin honors. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, majoring in Agricultural Extension, from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. As founder and CEO of The Manna Farm, an urban farm specializing in microgreens, he has developed innovative strategies for sustainable food production while fostering youth-led agricultural entrepreneurship.
Currently, Paolo serves as the Executive Assistant to Director Glenn Panganiban at the Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Plant Industry (DA-BPI). Daisy Joy Ortiz is a dedicated Policy Researcher at the UP Marine Science Institute, where she bridges the gap between marine scientific research (MSR) and policy formulation for civil marine and maritime governance. She conducts research for policy-making, crafts reports and policy briefs for laboratory projects, and stays abreast of policy and international relations advancements in ocean governance.
Daisy focuses on policy practices that address maritime and coastal issues through evidence-based policies. She is committed to developing policies that enhance the effectiveness and application of scientific research in the Philippines. Her work emphasizes policymaking and public management practices, advocating for governance systems that are transparent, evidence-based, and responsive to community needs.
In addition to her work, Daisy has a passion for international affairs and diplomacy. She has contributed to the writing of policy papers on security, emerging issues in the South China Sea, and ASEAN with different organizations and programs.
Pacaña, Phejay Baltonado

Hon. Phejay Pacaña is a passionate youth leader and community advocate, serving as the SK Chairperson of Barangay Banate. A graduate of the University of Southeastern Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education, Cum Laude. Phejay has consistently excelled in academics and leadership, earning numerous awards such as the Division Leadership Award and victories in municipal competitions.
Beyond public service, Phejay is deeply rooted in his faith, serving as a church lector, catechist, and part of the church media team. He holds key roles in various organizations, including Former President of Iskolar ng Bayan ng Malungon, and President of the Malungon Youth Movement. A former SSG and SPG President, Phejay has a proven track record in empowering the youth and leading impactful initiatives. With achievements spanning education, public service, and advocacy, he is dedicated to creating meaningful change in his community while inspiring the next generation of leaders.
Natasha Trixie Paguirigan

Ms. Natasha Trixie Paguirigan, graduated with Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Cagayan State University and became the first-ever exchange student in the College of Allied Health Sciences who received a full-ride scholarship to study at Saint Mary’s University, Canada, funded by the Global Affairs Canada (Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development). She served as the Editor-in-Chief of Likha Pahinarya and President of Public Health Society in college, where she developed her character and abilities as a servant-leader. After graduating, she began taking professional education teaching units to bring public health to a broader spectrum as she simultaneously works as a Health Program Officer at the Department of Health. She believes that helping and equipping the next generation through various opportunities for growth and development will produce a ripple effect– that even micro efforts, when accumulated, can and will create macro effects.
Al Hannecca Castor Pulalon

Ms. Al Hannecca Pulalon is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology with Latin Honors from Holy Trinity College of General Santos City and was awarded as the Most Outstanding Leader in women category. She is a multi awarded beauty queen in pursuit of breaking stereotypes and promoting intersectionality, and was recently crowned as the first Miss Philippines Councilors League in 2024. Al Hannecca is also the first Muslim to serve as the President of the Youth Federation in her city where she spearheads various offices and initiatives in empowering the youth of diverse backgrounds. As the only youth ambassadress in the Advisory Council for Forensic Unit in her region and a grantee of Certification for Professional Teaching, she believes that “making a positive change comes with education and passion."
Oliver Magno Tabangin

Oliver M. Tabangin is currently a 4th year College Student taking up Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting. Oliver is a Municipal Councilor and has been legislating resolutions and ordinances for her town. She is both a public servant a servant leader of her town. She is known in participating into a lot of volunteer works like weekly clean-up drive in her place and trainings and seminars on good governance. She is also a member of the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) in the Philippines. Oliver always believed of what Aristotle said; “The basis of a democratic state is liberty”
Giselle Ibba Tiamwatt

She graduated as an Airline Management and Stewardship with special award of Proficiency in Debate and Argumentation. She also graduated as Bachelor of Science in Tourism with Area Leadership Award and Area Service Award. She was the former President of Tourism Society, Student Government Council Ambassador, and Alumni Vice President of the Pilar College of Zamboanga City, Incorporated. In 2023, she completed the 18th Series Shari’ah Training and Seminar conducted by the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos in coordination with the Supreme Court of the Philippines with special award as “Best Defense Counsel” during the Mock Trials in Special Procedure in Shari’ah Courts. She also earned her 27 Units in Master of Public Administration. She is an advocate of quality education and leadership because she believes that the future is in the hands of young people, and the kind of young people we will have today, will the kind of leaders we have in the future.
Christian Paul B. Vailoces

Mr. Christian Paul B. Vailoces graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Josefina H. Cerilles State College. He was an awardee for his academic excellence as a Cum Laude graduate. He currently serves as the elected Chairperson of the Sangguniang Kabataan (Philippine Government Youth Council) in Barangay Pantad, Dumaliano and Vice President of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation in Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. Christian has been an active participant in different national and international youth programs, including the Young Southeast Asian Leaders' Initiative (YSEALI) Regional Workshop in Bangkok, Thailand, and the Philippine Anti-Discrimination Alliance of Youth Leaders (PANTAY) as an POWER Fellow. He also represented the Philippines in the Mindanao Youth Parliament, and as an Angat Fellow in the Angat Buhay: Angat Kalikasan environmental governance program.
Christian is passionate about youth leadership, community development, and environmental sustainability. Christian was a SK Leadership and Excellence Awardee, Exemplary Service Awardee, International Engagement Awardee, and Outstanding Youth Awardee and also received Leadership Award. According to him, "youth leadership is key in building a sustainable future," for which he continually commits himself and strives for positivity in the work, from local level to international-level advocacy
Clint West Autida

Mr. Clint West Autida is a 3rd-year Bachelor of Science in Management Major in Corporate Governance student at the University of the Philippines Tacloban College (UP). He was recognized as the Cultural Ambassador of the Philippines by his High School Alumni Association and the City of Calbayog. A distinguished delegate, he earned the Best Position Paper award in the UNICEF Council in Bali, Indonesia, and Best Delegate in the WHO Council in Bangkok, Thailand, under the Asia Youth International Model United Nations. A certified bookkeeper and prominent leader, he currently serves as the Past President and Public Image Chairperson of Rotary International under Rotaract Club of Ibatan-Calbayog. Previously, he was the Regional Federated Supreme Student Government leader and a Microsoft Youth Ambassador of the Philippines. Passionate about child rights, education, and governance, he believes that “Empowering youth through education and good governance paves the way for a just and inclusive future."
